Restoring Harmony with the Land
Healing for your land, place and sacred spaces
This work is for those who feel called to connect more deeply with the spaces they live, work, and grow within - creating connection from land to soul.
Our homes, land, and environments are not separate from us — they are living systems in relationship with our own energy, wellbeing, and life path. Our environment reflects our internal energy and often our medicine is found growing around us - we are all nature.
This work gently restores harmony, flow, and coherence between you and the spaces you inhabit, encouraging a deep connection with the Earth — allowing a supportive, more aligned way of being. It is the creation of spaces and places designed with nature and wellbeing at the forefront, living as nature for the future of all life.
Energetic Harmonisation
The Earth speaks. Through deep listening in your place, you can receive the wisdom and guidance for what needs released and what needs to come in to restore the natural harmony with the land. From energetic realignment to physical changes, the resulting balance restores the wellbeing of nature and all that reside there.
Home & Building Alignment For The Wellbeing Of All
The space around you is a reflection of your inner world — it holds your stories, patterns, transitions, and lived experiences. When we work consciously with a space, home or building, we can begin to understand what it is holding, and how it is supporting your life.
Through exploration of the deeper energetic landscape, including its history, emotional imprint, and current energetic flow, we discover the shifts needed to bring the space into right relationship with nature.
This work helps restore harmony between you and your environment, creating a more supportive foundation for all life.
Restorative Land Design
Through our connection within ourselves and with the Earth a restorative way forward emerges, from where you are to where you live not only with nature but as nature - bringing sacredness and understanding to design. There is a seamless and integrated relationship which supports us and our wellbeing and the future of the planet. Places which will continue to adapt and thrive, harmony restored, richness received and shared.

“I recently had a land clearing with Sheila and it’s been profoundly supportive. I’d been holding a strong vision of a natural birthing sanctuary since stepping onto the land 6 years ago and welcoming Mamahood in the heart of Portugal. There were many times I felt blocked in fulfilling it for various reasons, yet what Sheila uncovered, healed and what transpired in the healing process was so encouraging, liberating and affirming. Sheila’s presence and openness to journey with me through this process felt so integral and honest. I viscerally felt the energetic shifts and am witnessing the vision become reality.
I feel incredibly blessed and thankful to have met and be deepening a relationship with Sheila. A true Shamanka, not performing but practicing communion with the earth with heart. A deeply necessary guide for humanity in these times as we all remember how to connect, commune and co-create with the earth.
Highly and deeply recommend Sheila’s support. “

“After a period of upheaval, I wanted to feel more settled in my home, and called on Sheila to carry out a home healing and energetic mapping. The whole experience has been insightful and uplifting. Sheila took the time to understand my life, how I use my home, and what I wanted to achieve through the process. The energetic mapping gave me a fascinating insight, and Sheila’s practical suggestions have helped me create the warm, welcoming home I had been hoping for.
From start to finish the experience has been a joy. Alongside the spiritual healing Sheila has an incredible eye for interiors and shared so many inspiring ideas. Her guidance gave me the motivation I needed to create my beautiful, loving home. “

“After your incredible clearing, our house instantly felt calmer. Having worked through the changes we discussed, I can honestly say that I love my home again and won’t be moving anytime soon. Visitors tell me how serene the house and gardens feel too“
